The mission of Trinity Academy is to impart basic ordered knowledge about the world and to train students in foundational intellectual skills and qualities of mind so that they might be of use to God in the wise care and governance of his creation and in the building of his kingdom.

We accomplish this by establishing a culture marked by the discovery of truth, the practice of goodness, the creation of beauty and the development of intellectual and aesthetic habits of mind. Trinity Academy is a community of learners characterized by the rigorous exploration of reality, the free and disciplined exchange of ideas and active participation in the fine arts.

A Community of Learners: Faculty and Students

The individual and collective search for truth, goodness, and beauty by the members of the faculty of Trinity Academy creates a community of learners. Students are welcomed into this community in a measured way, participating more fully as their own love of learning deepens and as they appropriate specific intellectual habits.

As the leaders of this community of learners, the Trinity Academy faculty members model the attitudes and habits that characterize a lifelong love of learning. Teachers strive to inspire in the students a sense of wonder about the world and its complexities. They encourage the students to transform that curiosity into genuine understanding through rigorous, active inquiry.
